The following policy refers to all orders submitted to AB Salon Equipment, whether online at, over the phone, or via email.


AB Salon Equipment reserves the right to repair or replace any defective or damaged equipment at our discretion.

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you have 24 hours to call AB Salon Equipment for any changes unless prior agreement has been made with one of our sales representatives. Once 24 hours has passed, your order will be submitted to the drop ship location to be prepared for shipment. For larger or more detailed orders, we suggest ordering over the phone with one of our sales representatives to ensure the order is processed correctly and efficiently.
Full or partial cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Returns are not accepted. Orders are not eligible for cancellation after they have shipped. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Refund of Partial or Complete Order:

Orders will be refunded on the date of your approved cancellation or change request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the money to be returned to your account.

Change or Cancellation of PayPal Orders:

PayPal orders cannot be changed. If you need to change something on your order but purchased with PayPal, please call AB Salon Equipment and talk with a service rep about cancelling your order and assisting you with placing the corrected order. 

Warranty Policy:
For warranty information on the item(s) you are purchasing, please refer to the warranty tab on the item’s webpage, or call AB Salon Equipment.
Within the first 90 days from your purchase date, AB Salon Equipment, at its own discretion, will repair or replace any item purchased based on the manufacturer warranty; labor charges may apply. After 90 days, please call AB Salon Equipment to discuss repair or replacement needs. Damage due to user error will be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the factory. For more information, please contact us at 1-800-393-2679.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proper packaging to prevent damages of items being sent in for repair. AB Salon Equipment will not provide packaging.
